Ranko Žeravica (born May 17. in November 1929. year in Dragutinovo today the Novo Miloševo — died 29. October 2015. in Belgrade) was a Yugoslav and Serbian basketball coach.

Up until 1966. years he worked as a coach of men's and women's selection in the Belgrade workers ', and since 1960. became a professional coach in the KSJ.
